End-User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and HANGZHOU CRYSOUND ELECTRONICS CO. LTD. ("Company") regarding the installation and use of the OpenTest Software ("Software").
By clicking "Agree", registering an account, installing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.

1. License Grant
●The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software solely for lawful purposes.
●You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or distribute the Software without prior written permission from the Company.

2. User Registration and Account
●Certain features of the Software require you to register and log in with an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
●Your account is personal and may not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
●The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement.

3. Data Collection and Privacy
●The Software may collect the following data:

%.Software logs (including error logs and performance data);
%.Information you provide during registration and login.
●Data is collected for the purposes of improving product performance, enhancing user experience, and ensuring service security.
●The Company will not disclose personal data to third parties, except as required by law or with your prior consent.

4. Intellectual Property
●All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, remain the sole property of the Company.
●This Agreement does not transfer ownership rights, only a limited right to use.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty
●The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
●The Company does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet all user requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability
●To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages (including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or device damage) arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

7. Compliance and Export Control
●You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including export control and sanctions laws.
●You may not use the Software for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to military or unauthorized surveillance.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
●Unless otherwise required by mandatory local law, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Company's place of incorporation.
●Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent court of that jurisdiction.

9. Acceptance
If you do not agree with these terms, do not install, register, or use the Software.
By clicking "Agree" or continuing to install/register/use, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.
