Measure Mode

Designed for real-time acquisition and analysis, it works with data acquisition hardware. Supporting both “analysis while acquiring” and “analysis after acquiring”, it meets the needs of dynamic monitoring and flexible analysis.

Analysis Mode

Focused on offline in-depth analysis, it processes collected waveforms or data. It enables full-process analysis from data cleaning to analytical computation, helping explore in-depth data features.

Sequence Mode

Suitable for repetitive testing and production line scenarios, it connects the full “acquisition-analysis-storage-report” workflow. Focusing on batch execution and simple control, it improves repetitive testing efficiency.

Monitor

Continuous waveform monitoring and FFT spectrum analysis enable real-time identification of signal anomalies, such as clipping, clock jitter, and other issues. It simultaneously tracks key metrics, including RMS level, THD, SND, and frequency response, with configurable high-pass/low-pass filters and A/C/Z frequency weighting.

FFT

FFT analysis provides in-depth frequency-domain analysis capabilities for audio signals. Within a set recording period, the system slices and analyzes the acquired waveform according to the FFT length, with results updated dynamically in real time. Users can flexibly adjust core parameters such as FFT length, window function, averaging method and times based on testing requirements, and obtain multi-dimensional analysis results including FFT spectrum, ASD, and PSD. After the test is completed, functions including playback, audio listening, waveform and data export, and report generation are supported.

Octave

The sweep analysis function offers two core modes: continuous sweep and stepped sweep, enabling dynamic sweep testing of signals within a set frequency range. The system can automatically generate sweep signals based on preset parameters (such as sweep rate or step interval), synchronously collect response data from the measured object, and calculate and display key indicators in real time—including amplitude-frequency characteristics and phase-frequency characteristics. It also supports multi-channel parallel testing, effectively adapting to multi-dimensional testing scenarios.

Sound Power

This solution supports sound pressure-based sound power measurement, fully compliant with international standards ISO 3744 (Engineering Method), ISO 3745 (Precision Method), and ISO 3746 (Survey Method), meeting various accuracy requirements in different scenarios. It is suitable for R&D and quality control in consumer electronics, automotive audio systems, and professional audio equipment.

Export

OpenTest’s export function supports multi-dimensional result preservation: it can export original waveform files, structured test data (supporting CSV format), and various analysis charts (such as spectrograms and octave bar charts). The export process is triggered with one click, and data and charts maintain their original association, facilitating report writing, secondary analysis or cross-tool collaboration, while balancing convenience and data integrity.

Report

OpenTest’s report generation function comes with a variety of preset templates. It supports both general-purpose reports for daily needs and sound power test reports that comply with international standards, eliminating the need to build frameworks manually. The report content can be flexibly customized: basic information such as test descriptions and test environments, as well as key content like core test data and analysis charts, can all be added, deleted or formatted on demand, enabling quick output of professional reports that are standardized and meet specific requirements.

Open Hardware

OpenTest Open Hardware Access Protocol enables data acquisition devices to connect via mainstream audio protocols such as openDAQ, ASIO, WASAPI, and Core Audio. It also supports connections through private protocols like NI-DAQmx.

OpenTest supports three-tier plug-in development and expansion using languages such as Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, and C++. It covers all tiers: from the underlying custom algorithm plug-in integration (Algorithm), to the middle-tier theme customization (Theme), and to the upper-tier application module plug-in integration (Application).
